Zev charging cables are specifically designed for use with today’s electric vehicles. They are suitable for commercial, depot, workplace, domestic, and mobile environments. Made from premium-quality materials to the highest standards (ISO9001/2015), these cables are manufactured and thoroughly tested in the UK. They are designed to transfer power supply to the electric vehicle, capable of delivering up to 32 amps, three-phase (22 kw) at voltages between 450 and 750 volts.
Colour Options for Various Environments
Zev cables are available in discreet grey for unobtrusive installations, and in high-visibility lime green for areas with heavy pedestrian traffic, helping to reduce trip hazards.
Reliability
The cables are sheathed in high-quality, dirt-resistant polyurethane (PU). The three power cores for single-phase applications and five power cores for three-phase installations are safely insulated to ensure uninterrupted current flow. Additionally, a smaller pilot core enables communication between the charging points and the electric vehicle.
Durability
Zev cables are designed to be highly flexible and resistant to damage from bending and flexing. They feature high tear resistance, making them extremely robust. They can withstand mechanical loads, impact, and abrasion, while being resilient to harmful chemicals.
